FAQ

Before you proceed.

How is a specification created?

Choose item, material, decoration and quantity, and export them as a production specification. You do not prepare a separate form.

What is the minimum quantity?

Production starts at one piece. The specification and price depend on the item, decoration and quantity.

Which items and treatments are covered?

Printing, embroidery and labels on blank bodies. Pattern-making and special specifications are reviewed, then accepted or declined.

When is the price confirmed?

It is quoted from the item, decoration and quantity. Standard specifications can be checked on screen. Anything needing a separate review is quoted after that review. You see the price before you order.

When is an account required?

Create your specification first, then register to save it and receive a quote. Begin by choosing the item, material, decoration and quantity.

When is the lead time confirmed?

It depends on the item, decoration, quantity and production schedule. Lead time is given with the quote.

What does Showroom require?

Apply with a brand account. It is separate from MAKE production, and you use it to commission a shoot or promotion. Fees are set for each request.

Are sales included?

Sales stay on the brand's own channels. Stitchify handles production, and Showroom takes commissions for shoots and promotion. Sales volume is not guaranteed.
