Delivery

- After we confirm payment, we ship according to the lead time shown on the estimate. Lead times vary with partner-factory capacity, so the estimate display is controlling

- If delay is caused by circumstances not attributable to us, we will promptly notify you of a new lead time
Returns and cancellation
- Defect attributable to us
- Contact us within 7 days of arrival. We will remake or refund at no charge, including shipping. See Terms article 9
- Customer-convenience returns
- Made-to-order goods cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged after the order is confirmed
- Before production starts
- We may refund after deducting actual costs. Contact us
- Excluded
- Finish differences caused by defects in customer-supplied design data, including insufficient resolution or color-specification mismatch
Cooling-off
The statutory cooling-off right does not apply to distance sales. Return eligibility follows this disclosure.

- Offer validity
- The validity period on the estimate, or 14 days from issuance if none is stated
- Quantity limits
- Whether or not an account is registered, quantity and amount for each order follow the range shown on that estimate
